Firstly I would like to state that I dont like our board, they're embarrassing and unprofessional and have inflicted the stadium on us which many hate. I get that...
..but what could they have done differently to have improved our season on the pitch? They're getting all sorts of grief for the way the team are performing but as far as I can see they backed Bilic with a fair amount of wedge, sure they failed to get in a top class striker but players didn't want to come. You have to think that the player brought in were Bilic's choices. Do you think we'd have fared much better if Bilic had a bit more money to play with? I'm not so sure.

We don't know what's going on behind the scenes. There was a great team spirit last season which has completely collapsed.
We shouldn't be getting the pitchforks out for Bilic until we know what the root cause is.
